Key accountabilities include ownership of business process manuals, query resolution breach coordination, complaint investigation Build strong partnership with teams in UK to identify ways of handling complex cases Identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency Keep own knowledge up to date in relation to servicing/processing/compliance activities Perform analysis on complaints, breaches, process & audit fails and TCF issues to enhance the overall customer experience Ensure adherence of self Responsible for ensuring quality in the process through quality audits Conduct work stream audits to ensure compliance to process standards Ensure compliance to internal and external regulations through audits Ensure accurate and timely reporting Handling complex enquiries within agreed service levels Perform analysis on Regulatory Requirements to enhance the overall customer experience To support the overall objectives of Risk Management To conduct root cause analysis Be involved in projects as required Ensure adherence to the Training and Competency requirements
