Monitor and Analysis market trends,customer behavior and competitor’s products & brand positioning,competitor’s swot analysis and competitor’s activities in order to translate results into actionable insight. Monitor and increase customer satisfaction level. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns,and assess ROI and KPIs. Identify short-term and long-term scheduling,budget,and resource needs,including the development and management of an annual marketing budget,profit/loss projections and other financial considerations.
Description : Shared management of a portfolio of accounts in line with the fundamental requirements,delivering quality and excellent customer service including (as defined in the tables at the end). Statement rendering,reconciliations,chasing debts,handling payables,reporting and recovery of funding,actioning cash receipts and payments,escalation of issues into the Team Leaders,Relationship Managers and Business Unit as appropriate and action emails. Effectively prioritize and show flexibility to manage work load. Provide cover for associates not in the office by actioning urgent work. Participate and contribute in team huddles. Sound understanding of the business model, the full transactional process, and role interfaces / dependencies within the own business unit and related functions. Escalate errors and breaches to the Team Leader. Ensure adherence to Group policies and procedures. Ensure adherence to the Willis Insurance Essentials. Ensure ongoing, open and honest relationships with stakeholders (Internal/external) whilst managing their expectations. Operate within the guidelines of internal and external regulators. Proactively support key initiatives that have been delivered to implement change. Complete ad-hoc tasks as directed by Team Leader.
