Description : Responsible for contracting an appropriate volume of independent contract interpreters to maintain efficient response times in alignment with customer volume. Responsible for outsourcing and researching potential vendors. Two recruiters will be reporting to the Senior Recruiter. Responsible for hiring interpreters for different languages from all across the world to work with us as in-house employees or contractors and managing their onboarding formalities. Directly communicate with interpreters through the contract process and as needed thereafter. Ensure call center is provided with a constant sufficient number of interpreters.
